What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Klarna, Shop Pay, and Afterpay.


When will my order be processed?

Most orders will be processed within 2-4 business days. 


When will my order be shipped?

After your order is processed it is immediately shipped.  Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and should take 3-6 business days from shipment to delivery.  The Order Status page can be used to track your order.  For more detailed shipping information please visit our Shipping information page.


Will I receive my entire order at one time?

If your order consist of multiple products it is possible that you will receive separate shipments.  


Do you ship to international customers?

Currently we ship to the United States and Canada only.


What is your return policy?

At Morph Boutique we want you fall in love when you receive your order.  We understand that sometimes what you receive does not meet your expectations.  Maybe it’s the wrong color or doesn’t fit.  Maybe you just changed your mind.  That is OK. We get it.

In the event that the item was not exactly what you were looking for, returns are permitted within 30 days of your delivery date on all merchandise that has not been marked down or marked as final sale.  If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We can make exceptions for merchandise that has been damaged and/or malfunctioning through no fault of the customer. Exceptions are reviewed on a case by case basis.  Additionally, Gift Cards are not refundable.

To complete your return we require proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


When will I get my money back?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If the return is approved your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 3 business days.  Your bank or credit card company will have their own policy regarding when the refund will post to your account.  Please contact your financial institution for details on their policy.


What do I do if I don’t see my refund posted to my account?

 If a few days have passed since we processed your refund and it has not yet posted to your account please contact your financial institution.  It may take some time before your refund posts to the account.  If it has been more than 10 business days since we processed your refund and your financial institution has no record of the refund please email us at so that we can research the matter.


Can I return items purchased on sale?

Merchandise that has been marked down or marked final sale is not is eligible for return or exchange.


Can I return a gift purchased from

Gift returns are processed in accordance with the standard return policy.  We are only able to apply the refund to the card used to complete the original purchase.  We can exchange the returned product for a gift card which the receiver can use toward a future purchase.
