Morph Boutique ships from Atlanta, Georgia to all locations within the continental United States and Canada. All orders, with the exception of pre-orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fedex. U.S. orders should take 3-6 business days from shipment to delivery. Canadian order should take 7-20 business days from shipment to delivery. There may be occasions such as holidays and unforeseen events where the average delivery time frame is extended. Morph Boutique is not responsible for such carrier related delays.
On occasion we allow customers to pre-order popular items that may be out of stock so that they do not miss out when the item restocks. Pre-orders will be clearly identified within the product description. The processing time for pre-orders can range from 21-45 days.
Shipping Cost
The standard shipping cost on all orders is based on the weight of the shipment. U.S. orders over $150 (before tax and shipping fees) ship for free. Expedited shipping services may be available. We will do our best to accommodate your special request, when possible. Additional shipping cost may be applicable for expedited shipping services.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email or text message once your order has shipped and another to confirm delivery. The Order Status page can also be used to track your order.
*Morph Boutique is not responsible packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. You can request that your order be sent with a signature confirmation requirement in the order note section to avoid the package being left at the front door. Additional fees may apply.
Tariffs, Taxes, and Duties
Morph Boutique is not responsible for import tariffs, duties, or taxes due on international orders. The customer must pay applicable import fees or charges, if any.

At Morph Boutique we want you fall in love when you receive your order. We understand that sometimes what you receive does not meet your expectations. Maybe it’s the wrong color or doesn’t fit. Maybe you just changed your mind. That is OK. We get it.
In the event that the item was not exactly what you were looking for, returns are permitted within 30 days of your order date. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We can make exceptions for merchandise that has been damaged and/or malfunctioning through no fault of the customer. Exceptions are reviewed on a case by case basis. Additionally, face masks, hand sanitizer, clearance, marked down, final sale, shipping and gift cards are not refundable.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
